What we collect

• Account data: email and brand name you provide.
• Monitoring data: the queries and source-of-truth facts you enter, and AI-engine responses we retrieve.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (page views, scan events).

How we use it

To run scans, alert you to inaccuracies, process payments, and improve the Service. The free demo does not require an account, and demo facts are not retained beyond producing your result.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service (AI model providers for the scan, payment processors for billing). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@answerguard.aiskillhub.info.

Retention

Account and monitoring data are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure.
