Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Answer Guard (“the Service”), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Answer Guard queries third-party AI answer engines and compares their responses to facts you provide. Results are informational. AI engines change constantly; we do not guarantee detection of every error, nor that a correction will be adopted by any third-party engine.

2. Your responsibilities

• You provide accurate source-of-truth facts about your own business.
• You will not use the Service to monitor or defame businesses you do not represent.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes (GST for Indian customers). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, scraping of the Service, abuse of rate limits, or use that violates law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
